Colleges Offering Reduced Tuition
- Western Undergraduate Exchange (WUE) Enroll at participating two-and four-year colleges outside of Washington state at a reduced tuition rate.
Search for Baccalaureate Colleges
- College Board – search for colleges by location, costs, majors.
- U.S. News College Rankings shows rankings of colleges/programs.
- The Princeton Review – search for information on baccalaureate colleges and universities, find out how to choose a major, search for scholarships and review college rankings.
- College Navigator – Another way to search for and compare colleges on all sorts of criteria including costs, majors offered, size of school, campus safety, and graduation rates.
- National Student Exchange (NSE) – The National Student Exchange (NSE) is a program for undergraduate exchange within the United States and Canada. Pay your home campus tuition or resident tuition at your host campus.
- Independent Colleges of Washington help plan your transfer to the private baccalaureate colleges in Washington state.
- Campus Tours – Take virtual campus tours of U.S. universities

- Washington Occupational Information Service (WOIS) Provides current information on occupations, educational programs and postsecondary schools in Washington state. Important Note: If WOIS is accessed from an off-campus location, students may lob in with their Highline College credentials and community members will require a site key (password). Contact Highline’s Career and Student Employment Office (206) 592-3350 to obtain the site key.
