Beginner Personal Statement Workshop

Date: January 27, 2026 – 10:30am to 12:00pm
Location: Building 2
This workshop presented by the Career & Transfer Services team in collaboration with Highline College’s Cultural Learning Communities will focus on preparing students to write a personal statement for college applications. Ideal for students just beginning to work on their personal statement. Stop in at any time during the event!

Drop-In Personal Statement Review

Location: Building 6, Career & Transfer Services Office – Room 164
During this event, the Career & Transfer Services team will be available for fifteen-minute sessions to review your personal statement. Get feedback on structure, clarity, and how effectively your story supports your goals. No appointment needed! We ask that you please check-in at the Advising Center front desk.
