Personal Statement Workshop

Description:
Writing an effective personal statement or essay is an important part of the transfer application process.  Attend this session and you will learn how to write a statement outlining your goals, achievements, leadership skills and more!  Gain valuable tips on how to brainstorm ideas and write effectively. The presenter will also share some great tips on how to organize your essay well. By attending this session, you will learn how to make your application stand out and get noticed!

 

 

College Transfer Fair

If you are planning to transfer to a four-year college or university, it is NEVER TOO EARLY to plan your transfer! There will be over 20 four-year WA colleges and universities on campus to provide you with information on admissions to their school. Come by and get your questions answered about application deadlines, majors, scholarship opportunities, etc. The fair is a great place to explore colleges and options!

Current Highline College students who are planning to transfer to a university in the near future.
